The Cornerstone support team can provide you with the services needed to most effectively set up and utilize your Cornerstone instrument management software. The following standard services are available: ASTEC provides comprehensive support for Cornerstone Software products. The main elements of the Standard Support Program are an initial period of warranty coverage for 90 days, usage assistance, problem resolution, and ongoing feature enhancement through the release of updated versions. Standard training courses, adapted to your particular application requirements, are available at our facility in Fort Lauderdale, or on-site at your location. Hourly application support is available to help you get the most from your use of Cornerstone software. On very rare occasions, hardware failures may cause a Cornerstone instrument database to become corrupted. We provide a service to analyze the error and provide you with a repaired database. |
